Eric Wallace

Eric joined PNFP Capital Markets, Inc. in October 2015 shortly after the firm completed registration. He is focused on originating, leading, and executing merger and acquisition advisory, capital raising transactions, and strategic advisory services for middle-market clients and prospects across the southeast. He works closely with clients and business owners on mergers and acquisitions, capital alternatives, business valuations, and business strategy.

Eric has served clients and completed transactions across a variety of industries including, but not limited to, environmental services, specialty food manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, logistics/transportation, and specialty trade companies. He is passionate about helping clients achieve their personal and business goals and objectives.

Prior to joining the firm, Eric worked in the securities industry as a wholesaler for Jackson National Life in Denver, CO. There he supported and managed the variable annuity sales and advisor relations for the Dallas/Fort Worth territory. He also has experience in the insurance and business services industries.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from The University of Tennessee. He is a CFA charterholder and also holds his Series 6, 7, 63, 65, and 79 Licenses. Eric calls Knoxville, TN home and enjoys spending time with his young son and daughter, golf, mountain biking, and everything Tennessee Vols in his free time.
