Erin Keller

Erin joined PNFP Capital Markets, Inc., in May 2023. She focuses on supporting the team through performing financial analysis and valuation work, creating strategic reviews for clients, and participating in the execution of mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory engagements for middle-market clients and prospects across the Southeast.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Erin worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in its Trust Solutions practice. At PwC, Erin supported teams that were engaged to help clients undergo complex transaction including IPOs, carve-outs, and spin-offs. During her time at PwC, she also executed testing over complicated and high-risk financial areas, which required industry research and an understanding of valuation approaches. During her 5 years at PwC, Erin gained experience working with private and public companies in the insurance brokerage, insurance, healthcare, consumer products, and real estate industries. 

Erin is from Nashville, TN. She received her bachelor’s degree in accounting with a concentration in finance from Saint Mary's College in Notre Dame, IN. Erin holds the FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 licenses.   Erin and her husband, Bo, live in Nashville with their mini goldendoodle, Ollie. In their free time, they enjoy hiking new trails, playing pickleball, and traveling to different national parks. She is also an active member of the Junior League of Nashville. They also spend their time cheering on Ole Miss and Notre Dame.
